Uh oh…The Dictator-Envious-In-Chief will not like your crying even if he is a BRATTY GARGATUAN Cry Baby himself!

This cringe-worthy nominee doesn’t appear to have the votes to be confirmed.

Moscow Mitch is going to have to do some industrial-strength arm-twisting to get him on the bench.

Here’s the good news. He doesn’t like beer. (Nor, does it appear, does he like GLBTQ folk nor does he like showing up for work – I don’t regard the latter as a moral failing but it does interfere with being a judge.)

See, this is the problem with letting men be judges – they’re just too emotional.

I dunno if it’s hormones or what, but they just can’t handle the rough and tumble of the work world.

And would it hurt them to smile a little more?

Maybe dress up once in a while?

Well, to be fair, I´d get emotional too if I knew all of my colleagues think I suck at what I do.

First we have sexual-predator/alcoholic Kavanaugh frustration-crying about how mistreated he was by Senators who questioned him (how dare they!)

Now we have someone even MORE unqualified breaking down and crying like a CHILD under relatively mild questioning.

WTF is wrong with these Conservative, Federalist Society-Approved snowflakes?

So clearly, there is really only one way to deal with such a situation: Promotion.

The Trump Judicial Template: ™

arrogant, lazy, an ideologue, and lacking in knowledge of the day-today practice including procedural rules…lacks humility, has an ‘entitlement’ temperament, does not have an open mind, and does not always have a commitment to being candid and truthful,

That’s the wingnut thing now, cray and play snowflake in the Senate.

Conclusion: “Lacks the required temperament.” Gee, that sounds familiar…

We just saw the moment when he realized that the world saw his hatefulness and not the holiness he thought he was projecting. That was sad. It may have been painful but it was also a gift if he goes and does something about it.

Day-to-day *

Another strong reason why, if in November of 2020 the election goes as I believe it would today, the Democrats win the presidency and have at least 50 U.S. Senators, the first act of the new President and Congress should be a budget resolution that cannot be filibustered in the Senate to reduce the deficit or help pay for needed spending reduce the size of the judiciary from the Supreme Court through all district courts by 30% (about 2/7th) using federal Reduction in Force (RIF) procedures thereby laying off the most recently appointed judges. Under RIF procedures, after 2 years the Courts could then be expanded without the need to offer those laid off employment.

This is how bullies react when somebody punches BACK–a life lesson most of them learn before the end of adolescence. Which, given Donald’s cognitive and ethical stuntedness, makes perfect sense.

Here’s the problem

“It is a fundamental belief of mine that all people are created in the image of God and they should all be treated with dignity and respect,” he continued.

It’s the definition of “people.” God is not a prevert, therefore these beings are not made in his image, therefore they are not people. The same probably goes for POC who are definitely not made in his god’s image, so no need for any dignity or respect.

I saw this clip on Rachel Maddow last night. The whole question was a set up. The question, "Did you say you wouldn’t be fair to members of the LGBT community?” was obviously a set up. Because of course he didn’t say that. But that’s the conclusion of the ABA nevertheless.

The crying was totally and completely staged. I’m certain of it. I’ve seen it many times before from coached witnesses.
