Disclaimer: I haven’t been following this closely, but from what little I’ve read, there is an allegation that she paid him more than the usual amount, and/or that she delayed the investigation so he could rack up higher fees. With the romance as motive, which is why it’s relevant. Something like that.

They are 100% right too: setting aside the self-interest in getting tax cut and deregulatory policies to enrich himself and increase his power, there is also the fact that people like him have so very very very much to lose if they do not signal some form of allegiance to hedge their bets in case he becomes POTUS again. Mango Messiah will punish them for speaking the truth as that article demands of Dimon, so we can likely rest assured that the only thing Dimon will open his mouth for is Trump’s cock.

For all I can see the Judicial System is going to fail. The Federal courts including the SCOTUS have been filled with ideologues, partisans and crooks in the pocket of billionaires.
In the months ahead, the courts of the United States will be tested up to, and beyond, the breaking point, like they have never been tested in history and will never be tested again.

Or more to the point, the Secretary of State, or whoever has the authority in any given state, should not include on the state’s ballot a person not eligible to hold office. If, say, a 30-year-old met other minimum requirements to appear on a state’s presidential ballot, would the Secretary of State be required to place his/her name on the ballot even though he/she, having received the most votes, could not hold the office? Obviously not.

Yes, just like Trump’s “two lovers” smear at the FBI official investigating Trump-Russia ties who ultimately lost his job.
There was absolutely nothing compromising, from a legal or national security standpoint, about his affair with a fellow agent — but that wasn’t the point; only to inject enough innuendo to muddy the waters and leave the agent investigating Trump without the appearance of moral standing.

and stray cats. Our resident cat once found a stray cat in his “cat escape proof” porch and that bothered him. But he’s too old to do much about any of it seeing as he is 21 years old.
