News of Trump’s indictment is awesome!

What will the other GOP ‘24 candidates do? My guess is that most (especially Tiny D) will defend Trump and attack Smith and DOJ. I suspect, too, that this strengthens Trump’s position in the Republican primary.

I can’t blame the Founding Fathers for 1 thing: I don’t think anyone could have imagined that an entire major political party would be taken over by bad faith actors. Where are all the fabled GOP ‘moderates’ and ‘centrists’ who will uphold the rule of law…?

There’s a dearth of something.

Mea culpa. I will sign it. I often wondered whether he was the right person for the job. I am happy to have been proven wrong!

Cool. Cool. We already know he can’t win in a general election against Biden.

Well, it may have been secret at one time.

Oh, CNN has the tape transcripts.

Please let this be true. I’m still traumatized by my insistence in 2016 that Hillary would win by 6-10%. (Yes, I actually said that to a friend after the Inside Edition tapes came out.)

Your error, and mine, was in underestimating the misogyny of the general population.

David Kurtz is right. We are mightily tested in this moment. I too feel Smith has been rushed. But I like where we are. I think Jack knows how to play this. It’s his war crimes experience that comforts me.
