Trump Hopes To Use Outlandish Cyber Vote Switching Conspiracies As Part Of Defense - TPM – Talking Points Memo

Trump’s peeps are never going recognize that Donnie lies every time he opens his mouth.

“Trump injected that same claim of foreign-backed cyber vote “switching” into his defense”

Yet I am crazy for thinking that is what happened in 2016.

Projection maybe?

SCOTUS is taking up Smith’s request on the immunity question. The shit is about to get real.

I’m betting that Dong’s lawyers are not ready for this one.

Can’t believe that the current greatest Republican in history doesn’t remember what the all-time greatest Republican in said:
Abraham Lincoln

“You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.”

As outlandish as the claims of cyber intrusion may seem, Trump appears set to continue to press them as his case heads to trial. It’s as much a rhetorical defense as it is a courtroom cartoon strategy.

That’s how I read it, at first.

This is all about delay. Imagine how long they would need to depose the thousands of deep staters who conspired to rob Trump of his rightful second term? It would take until 2028 at least!

No, you are not. I am expecting his next “defense” is to admit that foreign-backed cyber vote “switching” happened in 2016 that helped him win, so that is “proof” that it could have happened against him in 2020.

We are very close to the “killing your parents, then pleading mercy as an orphan” levels of hypocrisy with Trump.

On behalf of all paranoid people now stuck in jail, I must ask, if they too are delusional, do they also get the get-out-of-jail free card?

On another note, the Hunter Biden case is looking fun:

Sadly, they have been brainwashed.

What does it mean when someone is brainwashed?

From the dictionary:
If you brainwash someone, you force them to believe something by continually telling them that it is true, and preventing them from thinking about it properly . They brainwash people into giving up their money.
