Former President Trump on Monday continued his crusade against Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) for supposed insufficient loyalty after a report revealed that McConnell demanded then-Attorney General Bill Barr to publicly push back against Trump’s election fraud falsehoods last year.

As these criminal allegations become charges and some of the civil suits against him heat up, Trump is just going to get angrier and angrier at McConnell and GOPers that he thinks didn’t do enough to save him. As much as he might want to take credit for winning the Senate back for Republicans, Trump won’t be able to stop himself from undermining their chances so he can blame McConnell.
Talk about being boxed-in. Trump can either face the criminal prosecution music, hold one of his monster diaper rallies, or insult his former allies. Somehow, this is called “winning” in some diseased minds.
