If the Flying Felon wants to be “upset”, he ought to hear MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell talk about how the Qataris are “gifting” him a ten-plus year old used plane that’s no longer good enough for them. Kind of like you might gift your worn out, maybe broken, old toys to the servants on December 26, “Boxing Day.”
And imagine their amusement at the way the Felon capers and dances with excitement over this elderly cast-off. He’s a disgrace to the US – and he has no idea.

Trump’s current ire over the B747 Hoopdee is aimed at ABC, but the real dirt is CNN reporting that Trump approached Qatar about “gifting” the plane to him. The grift goes right to the bone and the bolder he gets, the more obvious the criminality.
WRT to the budget, I will bet that Trump has no idea WTF is actually in the Big Ugly Bill, but he wants to preserve the tax cut. In the meantime, the bond market for T-Bills is set to implode which will require some serious action on the deficit. The only way to do it is a combination of budget cuts AND tax increases. NOBODY in the GOP is ready to be an adult, so I don’t know where this heads except in an economic meltdown.
Such an event should lead to a leadership change, but this Electorate is too stupid to do much but whine at this point. It will be a bumpy ride to 2028.

Trump wouldn’t recognize a competent subordinate if he or she kissed on the nose. If Trump can’t discern his OWN moronic depths, he certainly can’t see it in anyone else.
The head of the Trump minion class was Bessent, but after watching his performance on Meet The Press, I have to conclude he is a moron too. An arrogant moron, (which is the worse kind), but not enough sense to avoid havoc and enough mendacity to lie to everyone’s face.

Case against Newark Mayor Ras Baraka dropped, Rep. McIver charged
The federal trespassing charge against Newark Mayor Ras Baraka has been dismissed after his arrest outside an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility, U.S. Attorney for New Jersey Alina Habba announced.
While the case against Baraka was dropped Monday, Habba announced her office has charged Congresswoman LaMonica McIver, who was at the ICE facility when the mayor was taken into custody.

Acting U.S. Attorney Alina Habba said Monday she is charging Rep. LaMonica McIver with “assaulting, impeding and interfering with law enforcement” during the arrest of Newark Mayor Ras Baraka outside a migrant jail in Newark 10 days ago. Habba also announced her office is dropping Baraka’s misdemeanor trespassing charge “for the sake of moving forward.” Baraka called for federal prosecutors to dismiss the case after a court hearing in Newark on Thursday.
The stunning development has McIver accusing the Trump administration of attempting to “criminalize and deter legislative oversight” and Habba saying that congressional oversight is “not an issue in this case.” “No one is above the law — politicians or otherwise. It is the job of this office to uphold justice impartially, regardless of who you are,” Habba said in a statement Monday evening. “Now we will let the justice system work.”
