One of the problems with this is that our justice system is constructed so that a citizen can have all the process she can afford to purchase. For whatever reason (and I don’t think his supposed weath is the reason) DonOLD Drumpf was able to purchase a shit-ton of process.
It’s also true that a large part of that process in Florida was purchased by appointing Aileen Cannon to the Federal Judiciary. Will defendants engaged in lawfare with Dumbass Prime’s Department of InJustice receive similarly sympathetic judges? Only time will tell.
