He made a fool out of himself,” Trump told Hannity…
That was the end of him. So it was pretty pathetic.”

One can only hope that will be the end of Trump’s regime very very soon!

That’s our “president.” Leader of the Free World, role model for…idiots. As usual, every utterance from this dunce is “Old Men Yells at Cloud.”

I presume he got more votes than the person who ran against him, though?

This is a very sick man. It shows his desire to truly hurt his political opponents. This is the kind of talk that leads to more political unrest and violence as people will increasingly see it as necessary to defend themselves against the President’s violent intent and actions.

This is getting really, really bad. It won’t be long until someone is killed and the chants become “Blood on his hands” towards Trump. Yes, gloating is sick and the sick man has been unleashed.

His “new sombre tone” is goon squad brutality.

I literally do not understand how the very small portion of his supporters who are not racist zombies find this behavior acceptable?

This is mostly rhetorical. But - the whole thing with the British Open, and now the fiasco of the RNC …

How do people find comfort in this being charge?

Do they think that little of themselves, that this is best that they deserve?

Trump’s war on Americans is all done for the cameras. He thinks winning is beating up and gassing Americans. He doesn’t give a shit that 147,000 Americans are dead due to Covid-19. Why should he care if protesters are brutalized by his secret police? I worry for our country.

Nothing like starting the morning by encouraging violence against local government officials, that’s what leaders in a democracy are supposed to do after all.

Ah, it’s Friday, I wonder what other wonderfulness is coming today.

I simply find it impossible to believe that a high proportion of eligible voters want more of this.

The suburbs are now cities, and the exurbs the new suburbs. But the exurbs don’t have nearly as many people as the suburbs do.

Baby boomers are now elderly, and it’s our kids who will be doing most of the voting this time. You really think they like what’s going on now? Does anyone really like what’s going on right now? Does anyone really want more of this?

Sure, some do. Monsters do. But if most Americans were monsters, democracy never would have lasted this long. It’s based on the startling idea that most people have some semblance of goodwill, some care for their fellow man and woman.

Trump has proven he rejects that notion. If re-elected that notion is dead, and should be.

Yes. And/but, the society in general has adapted to having a profoundly sick person in the WH. That’s what makes me crazy. He has gotten what he wanted most in the world: a reality show about what used to be the presidency. And the season finale will probably involve the murder of citizens in the streets.
