People in the media wonder why Trump is focused on how he ‘totally didn’t have a stroke’ instead of his bullshit ‘law & order’ theme. This is who Trump is. He’s a crook and he’s also completely self-absorbed, narcissistic and petty.
Did he have a stroke? I don’t know, but I don’t think he went to Walter Reed for a strained shoulder either.

Could be that, or a mild transient ischemic attack. My Mom had a couple of those TIAs towards the end of her life, with no noticeable after-effects. The author of that post is right to call attention to the trope that “Stroke = unfit” because there’s a wide range between little TIA blips, his “motor stroke” version, and the ones that will paralyze you completely.
My Dad suffered one of the severe ones, so yeah, it can be bad. But from all appearances, and despite our tendency here at TPM to diagnose Trump’s every foot shuffle or podium lean, I don’t think he suffered anything serious. The reason he’s going ballistic over the questions about his Walter Reed visit, is because it undercuts his message that Biden is the one who is mentally unfit to be President.
