President Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani will deliver a “report” to Congress and Attorney General Bill Barr about his latest findings in Ukraine, Trump told reporters on Saturday.
“See, he told me he found all this delicious, secret, big, big, big information in Ukraine and…I didn’t ask him what he meant.”

I’d be careful about showing up in front of Congress if I were Giuliani.
Trump said. “He has not told me what he found, but I think he wants to go before Congress … and also to the attorney general and the Department of Justice. I hear he has found plenty.”

I don’t see how this doesn’t backfire, just like Barr’s personal bloodhound (Durham) finding nothing, as well as his IG. I don’t believe there’s any chance Guliani testifies willingly to Congress.
