She was great as usual. She won’t change the minds of stupid republicans; she admitted that some people don’t agree with her. But most of us know she’s doing everything she can to help Michigan get through the pandemic. She also cares for all of us, not just the ones who support her.

These charges came by way of a “criminal information,” which is usually the route when the accused is ready to plead guilty and turn on the higher-ups in the scheme.
Broidy isn’t smart enough to have done this all by his lonesome.

SCOTUS has rejected a Republican bid to block mail voting in Montana.
The emergency application was denied by Justice Elena Kagan without any additional comment or noted dissents.
The latest development comes two days after a California-based federal appeals court declined to halt a lower court order on mail voting in Montana.

Well if the rumours are true, that Broidy (and Cohen, who arranged the payoff) was covering for Trump in arranging an abortion for a ex-Playboy playmate, who got knocked up, Broidy has something that will do more than just roids to worry about.
What I find most interesting though is that this was filed by the public integrety section, w/o a signature from anyone else at main justice, and specifically names the Attorney General as someone who was being illegally lobbied and Broidy was in contact with.
This strikes me as the career officials going after Billy Boy Barr.
