As they keep calling us that, I keep thinking of the renaming of the Gulf of Mexico…and wondering which numbered item on the to-do list says: Announce that everything that bears the name “America” is rightfully ours and must be handed over immediately. He would love to have two entire continents to call his own. Of course, next up would be renaming it all “North Trump” and “South Trump.”
After all, he probably craves some compensation for the ego wounds he suffered when people kept taking his name off of buildings a few years ago.

The company I work for is doing an exhibit for this museum. I’m told it’s privately funded but I don’t know if that means anything anymore.
If whatever dumpster diver nixes this contract it will be a kick in the teeth that I don’t know if our business could recover from.

Perhaps overlooked with the whole Russia/Alaska mixup - apparently borders must be straight and even and Ukraine was once “a thousand miles of ocean”.

If you are on a lake, a river or an ocean, it’s always the best property. Well, Ukraine, a lot of people don’t know that Ukraine was largely a thousand miles of ocean. It’s gone. Other than one small area, Odessa, it’s a small area. Just a little bit of water left.
Always with the water. Maybe Russia can turn the faucet on?

If you want to speak truth to them, or get your pound of flesh back by trading blows…yes. If you are trying to sway avg. americans to see what is truly going on…deeper down…or rally people to your cause there are better ways and better targets. Some massive demonstrations and directed outrage are called for…but we really need to organize/strategize wisely.
Fascism and authoritarianism or kleptocracies/oligarchies don’t need a racial component to exist, thrive, or win. It’s certainly a potent tool in their bag, and can be decisive in the right place/time depending on the populace/region.
