The 8ft-long dolphin was initially found, intact, on Lea-Hutaff Island in the state by a member of the public. When staff from the marine mammal stranding team from the University of North Carolina Wilmington arrived a few days later to investigate, they found the animal’s head had been removed.
“This animal was intentionally decapitated, a violation of the Marine Mammal Protection Act. The remote location where the dolphin was found adds to the difficulty of investigating this incident and cause of death,” said the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Fisheries’ office of law enforcement in a statement.

In the background is the Johnson Geo Centre which is run by Memorial University.
The study of the unique rock formations in the Avalon Peninsula, where St. John’s is located, helped in the discovery of plate tectonics.
The building is cut into rock and is fully underground except for the entrance.

One never knows for sure, but consider: Putin will never meet with Zelenskyy unless it is to accept his surrender. To meet with him directly (a) acknowledges that he is a legitimate head of a legitimate state, and (b) acknowledges that Ukraine is a sovereign state. He will only negotiate with Trump (or the US, but really Trump) or Europe. If there has to be a reason, because they are funding Ukraine for their own purposes. Ukraine must be treated as a bargaining chip, an entity without agency.
Zelenskyy is insisting on a real 30 day ceasefire, as evidenced by, say, at least 15 minutes of… no fire… before negotiating enforceable terms to the end of the war. With Europe/NATO as backup, presumably, since Trump cannot be trusted. Not going to happen.

As I am reading through these vengeance dripping attacks by Trump on the DOJ, I keep getting reminded of the fallout from the Monmouth Rebellion. Granted, there was no armed rebellion. It was an election that 
lost, but his lust for vengeance seems identical to James II. I guess we can look at these prosecutions as our Bloody Assizes. I guess Roberts should be afraid, we don’t have a Tower to keep him safe in.
