I don’t know if he knows, but a significant number of BBQ joints in Texas have closed or limited their menu because they can’t afford the price of beef, and especially the price of brisket. And they did that.

I tracked down the original post on Instagram, copied the menu and blew it up - under “Meats” it lists “Brishet” (spelling error on their part or is that a Texas thing?) as $31, “Pork Ribs” as $32, “Turkey” as $32, Chopped Beef" as $33, “Beef Ribs” (possibly $40, but can’t read the price for sure) and Sausage" as $30.

He does not remember what people have shamelessly done for him, even when it is repeated over and over again by the sycophants of his “administration”. Hell, he falls asleep when they are talking. He remembers sometimes that they are reliable sources of narcissistic supply, when he is in need, which is always. But because they are so reliable he is bored with them. His justices on the SCOTUS are the focus of his attention because they are not (just barely) 100% reliable suck ups like Rubio, and Bessent, and Nutlick, and the looks obsessed Secretary of War in his make up studio, worrying about body hair, and the entirely execrable RFKJr. The preposterone administration.
