I would worry more about the midterm elections. They are trying to stall and drive up “enthusiasm” in order to retake the house and senate and jam up any progress with investigations, impeachments, and grandstanding.

It doesn’t MATTER what the level of classification was on the docs – THEY WERE GOVERNMENT PROPERTY. And I don’t care if they were copies because they would STILL be government property. He can’t just wave his tiny fingers around and say “DECLASSIFIED!” He also isn’t smart enough to know what docs to sneak up to the residence so he could pack them away for future grifting.

So in the interest of at least representing some activism, this weekend is the local food fest, which includes a parade. It’s a long story, but this is the deal.
The Dems are marching in this parade, hopefully along with a local candidate or two:

Nothing says GQP dominant than putting the Dems second to last in a two hour parade. The GQP doesn’t even have a group marching, which I find interesting.
I am going to march - it’s my last chance to participate before I leave the area.

This is what war looks like in the 21st century. Imagine the confederacy infiltrating congress in the 1860s rather than seceding outright, co-opting and obstructing daily government business. People like “Senator Jefferson Davis” stealing documents, demanding ‘reparations’ for the harm done them to abolish slavery in the United States, even as they rewrite their local laws to continue the practice. Now just turn it up a notch or two into the crazy and move ahead about 150 years, here we are.
