Trump Confuses Kansas City, Missouri, For A City In Kansas State

What did his ad say?

But he stays and they leave the company.

I felt bad for Garoppolo - he played a fine game until the wheels came off in the fourth quarter.

The game was everything I’d hoped for in SB - tied at half time, a good competitive game, but somehow SF just dropped the ball, literally, and couldn’t capitalize on stuff.

Was truly one of the great defensive games. Didn’t even make the over/under on total points scored (55).

I don’t follow sports, but I do know that KC MO is famous for their BBQ. Isn’t that what really matters in this crazy world?

Some one above mentioned derision helping to take Trump down. I hope this doesn’t shove “obese, spray-tanned pathological liar” from the headlines.

For every day of the year, except yesterday.

Being that there is KCity KS, and a KCity MO across the river from each other this nitpicking seems desperate to me.

Creation was only 6,000 years ago so it wasn’t all that long.

Then they should sue Missouri - because it’s a dumb name. so there.

Tell that to the State of Kansas, who gets not one dime from the KC Chiefs or any of the associated business.

No worries, Matt Schlap and Steve Doocy that I know of are out there defending him on this, how effectively I can’t say. But I think it’s much more disturbing in real-world terms that yeah, he didn’t know who was playing. They asked who he liked and he said they were “some two very interesting teams” (sic) with “interesting players, some really great players” and that it would be “hopefully a great Super Bowl.”

If you’ve ever known a person with dementia, you’ve seen this. They try to hide it. It’s heartbreaking to see in a loved one. But this is the president of the United States.

ETA I had to dig to find these but here’s a doctor, a well-known observer of Trump’s symptoms, commenting on this. If you’ve got experience with dementia patients you know all too well.

Not quite off-topic, but word on the street is the Google commercial on this was heart-rending. I only caught a piece of it.

…SF just dropped the ball, literally, and couldn’t capitalize on stuff.

There were a couple bad calls that didn’t work to SF’s favor, too.

Oh, yeah, I caught about three of them. Dear hubby did as well.

Yeah, it’s still heartbreaking, though, with Trump.

Just in many different and profound and frustrating and consequential ways.

Both the state and the city were named for a Native American tribe.
