My fav sporting event is going on right now. The Tour de France is a real hoot. Mrs darr and I have gone to France in 2014 and 2016 to be spectators. We are both avid bikers tho I cannot ride these days due to vertigo from an old injury in my right inner ear.

Not that it is crazier than all the rest of their crazy shit…but people who claim they don’t care what he did or is on tape doing…“Chump puts America first” were treated to a whole presidency that plumbed the depths of depravity SOLELY for his own foibles and defense. He never did anything for the nation…except swap his own personal stuff in for ‘national’ interest. When asked on the street, even ardent supporters of his thought he was picking stupid fights, saying stupid things, getting embroiled in crap he shouldn’t have, and begged him to stop all the childish bullshit.
Now they’ve conveniently forgetten all the hell we lived through, perhaps a million extra dead from a pandemic he ‘managed’ exclusively for his own benefit. That is some weapons-grade denialism right there. After 3 years of his ultimate betrayal to our nation, he still dominates the RW mind, is always posing amongst festooned flaggery, and is being listened to by citizens and instructing them on patriotism and national dedication. We can’t remain forever upside down.

Such an odd, strained expression on his face in that July 4th image. It looks like he’s in pain, holding back a bowel movement or something, on the verge of crying.
I know his campaign theme is that America is in trouble and only he can fix it, so maybe this is supposed to suggest how awful everything is. But it just comes across as weird to me.
