Ironically, saying “you must re-elect me to make certain a conservative fills the SCOTUS vacancy” would have done more to aid his campaign than trying to ram through the appointment now. Instead it reeks of desperation that the GOP believes it will lose the White House and Senate thanks to trump.

Oh Donnie. No. Collins was never going to ‘win’ because of the lack of integrity she showed by supporting YOU in the last 4 years. I know that ‘integrity’ just doesn’t compute with you but…Murkowski is fine. You can whine and snivel and promote Ms. Sarah or whatever but you will be gone…and I somehow don’t think that the Party is going to have you as a ‘leader’ once you’re out.
