Most of us would sue if someone told a lie about you.
The POTUS sues if you tell the truth about him.
If the NDA is as powerful and beautiful as Trump claims he has valid cause to sue her after publication. But he can’t stop the actual publication. What a maroon - think he’d learn one or two things after all his various court battles.
I said this earlier but she needs to start a GoFundMe campaign to cover any legal costs and fines that come out of releasing the book. It needs to come out, however it happens.

IIRC, NDAs cannot be legally enforceable if it is against the public interest or to cover up a crime.

Based on the Stormy Daniels NDA the US Treasury couldn’t afford the penalties. I recall a number like 3 million dollars per violation. Also would you want Trump to be the recipient of all that money?

Nondisclosure agreements should be null and void for all elected officials and political appointees. The House should pass a law for flagrantly political purposes.
