Trump Campaign Says Straws Brought In Almost $500K In Ten Days

Let’s just hope they’re made with an extra dose or two of BPA.

I can’t decide if I should laud you for your sacrifice, or suggest you get professional help immediately

No, you’re supposed to accept the lies just as they’re delivered. Loyalty to der Führer is required.

What can I say
Trump Derangement Syndrome
No Known Cure…

Hey, the Base of the Know Nothing Party never went anywhere. It has just been sitting there for decades. Waiting for the Republican Party to assimilate the Dixiecrats, John Birchers, post Brown v Board of Education “evangelicals” who worship at all white churches and the fourth and fifth generation of the immigrant likes of Carl Paladino, P.J. O’Rourke, Alex Castellanos, and Steven Miller.

Fleecing the rubes is a well worn republican strategy to get money. It never fails.

I do believe straw purchases are an illegal campaign activity.

I read this headline after the Tom Barrack article and thought “ooh another inauguration story”.

Given how much the traitor tot lies, I do wonder a) if this sales total is anywhere near accurate and b) how much of the total was via straw sales

Well, except perhaps Cheatolini’s indictment, impeachment, imprisonment…

There’s a sucker born every minute.

Imagine the mentality of the people that are buying these items…

Meh, in 2016 I bought a bunch of Trump bumper stickers and tortured friends with them, plastered them in random places for them to find…

And who believes this?

IDK, some restaurants in my little, ultra-liberal town in the Northwest switched to paper straws and the outrage was kind of stunning.

The truth is that paper straws are not as good (yet). For a certain kind of spoiled American, this is a huge issue, sort of like the light bulb nontroversy of a few years ago.

They don’t worry about the gigantic field of discarded plastic that’s formed in the central Pacific, or the effects on sea life. They are just incensed that someone is forcing them to be mildly inconvenienced!

Trump’s one great talent is in identifying and weaponizing these kinds of petty resentments.

Petty is right.

I don’t give one fuck about their inconvenience. This is the question of whether or not the planet we can’t live without survives for another decade and I’m really sick and tired of the people whining who are affected by the necessary changes we have to make.

It’s going to hurt everyone eventually whether we all hurt a little bit to get things back under control or we all suffer like we have never suffered as we and the planet die.
