Trump Campaign’s Fundraising Efforts Drastically Fell Short Of Biden’s Last Month

President Trump’s campaign and its joint Republican committees set a new monthly fundraising record by raising $210 million last month, but it pales in comparison to the $364 million that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s campaign raised in the same period.

On Milwaukee TV stations, the amount of Dotard campaign ads seems to have dropped off bigly.

RNC decided it is a waste of dwindling funds?

Inversely, the number of Biden ads seem to be increasing.

Does anyone believe it was even $210 million? I wouldn’t be surprised if it had a 1 in front and they shifted some numbers from Sept into Aug in order to get the 2.

It’s called good money after bad. Or, as I like to call it, the best money after good money.

ETA that there is very good money on both sides.

well, time to talk to the spouse about helping Joe with his Sept numbers!

I do, but I also believe that at least 50% of that is going to the Great Trump Grifting Machine rather than effective campaign spending.

Look at Sheldon Adelson and his wife who personally benefited $500 million from the Trump tax law. His Las Vegas hotel is the only non union hotel on the strip and it’s doubtful that any of his employees benefited from it as intended. He got his Uber Likudnik Israel policy as well so why should he even bother to donate even more unless he thinks he can keep the senate.

Ouch, that’s a big indication of people jumping onboard the Biden train, which means a lot of enthusiasm. It’s obviously panicking the Trump team…even if they really aren’t short of money, watching the other side raise 40% more money than you is a big hit mentally. And, people who are panicking make mistakes, considering how the Trump campaign has been bumbling the past week it’s clear they are really worried about what’s going on.

Good, fuck 'em, they deserve to feel the fear and an ignominious defeat.

Certainly explains that suspiciously round, made up number of $100M that Prez Cheapskate floated in a desperate attempt to separate his marks, er Other People, from their Money.

By interesting to watch the ad buys in locations trump travels to. See if they’re still hemorrhaging cash on feel good commercials

When you have to point out how “muscular” your campaign is, you have already lost.

I saw yesterday that Biden has bought well over $1 million in TV time in San Antonio. Impressive . . . but if he makes similar purchases in Dallas and Houston, that’ll be a sign they think Texas really is in play for this election.

ETA: Maybe @tena knows more . . .
