Right. THIS doesn’t look ‘racist’ at all. SOMEHOW those black people just don’t know HOW to vote…SMDH.
You’d think they’d have learned by now that baseless and obviously discriminatory lawsuits don’t fare so well in the legal system, but maybe the 26th time’s the charm. 
Is this legit?? To pick and choose the counties you want?? What would happen if hypothetically a recount in a few counties would change the result? Wouldn’t there be a need to recount the remaining counties as well? Any experts on this here?
As I understand it, partial recounts are what the Bush v. Gore decision hinged on — equal protection under the law. A recount must be a full one. Trump’s team and his lawyers must know this. Perhaps they are inviting a lawsuit from Dems for purposes only they know. Otherwise I see extra votes for Biden surfacing.

DT has transferred 3 Mil to Wisconsin for the recount of only 2 counties, Milwaukee and Dane. There WILL NOT be a statewide recount!
So said someone on social media earlier today. The number I saw for a recount was somewhere between 7 - 9 million. I didn’t know a discount applied if it was for only a portion of the State.
Unfortunately, the State SC and the legislature is still GOP dominated, even though the executive branch is not (an example of what we have to look forward to on the Federal level after the inauguration). I suspect they’ll give him the discount AND tell him he can pay on delivery, rather than upfront.
Nothing I can do about this one.

Biden should get aggressive and start requesting recounts and investigations in places like North Carolina, particularly in light of the actual Republican election fraud attempt that previously occurred there.
Trump’s just stirring his little pot of shit on the cheap. He doesn’t want to pay full price. All he really wants to do is keep flinging shit at the quality of the election results, and hope he can get a Hail Mary miracle in the Electoral College. That, and he might actually not want a recount in red counties…that is, if he knows that some of those red counties actually performed some fraud on his behalf.
Turn out the lights. The party’s over. He’s dung.
Of a precinct?

Of a state?
Of the country?
It won’t help him. The recount will likely add a few dozen votes to Biden’s total and nothing else. Please proceed Mr. President.
I think that’s the key. They don’t have the money, and they know recounts don’t change margins like this.
This also sustains the cynical ploy initiated by FORMER Governor Scott Walker to divide Milwaukee and Madison (or M&M, as detractors refer to us) from the rest of the state.
Coming literally a day after what occurred last night in Wayne county, Michigan, Republicans could not more clearly express their utter contempt and opposition to black voters. It’s as though they don’t believe in the 15th and 19th amendments.
Give me a shout when the check clears.
