U.S.Code 1703 is all that is needed to bring DeJoy to justice.
A normal person would be embarrassed to insist they’re winning when they’re behind in the Electoral College and on course to lose the Popular vote by 5 million or more.
In real life, this would earn you a participation trophy.
My Pennsylvania vote was recorded as received at my elections office three weeks ago.

I have been under the impression that the States set their own rules on how election are handled. Apparently some on the conservative side don’t agree with that and are willing to toss the constitution under the feet of our fat assed president. I hope the States he is attacking stand up to him and that the Supreme Court realizes that if the constitution gave that power to the states it is not under it’s jurisdiction.

SO that will be a fine assignment for Biden’s new DoJ. In the meantime, I’d love to see the judge start in with some civil contempt proceedings, he doesn’t need anybody but perhaps some Marshalls when DeJoy refuses to show up as ordered…
That’s because the sensible Democratic voters all voted remote and they weren’t allowed to start counting those votes until the polls closed. Now they’re crying tears and lashing themselves with branches and screaming like zombies. It’s all a terrible act, not worthy of an 8th grade drama class recital of “Shaun of the Dead”…
