Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) tried to fulfill President Donald Trump’s wish to reopen the economy despite the COVID-19 outbreak–but apparently that backfired completely.
There should be some kind of psychological evaluation , like the ones before you get hired as a cop
before they turn over the keys to the Nuclear Arsenal
Because Kemp didn’t do something else that Trump wanted done - something about an appointment Trump wanted and Kemp didn’t appoint the Trumper.
The inconsistency is mind-boggling, though.
I gotta say, my local next-door app yesterday had a post about wanting to car-pool to the Liberate Wisconsin rally taking place in the next few days. The guy who posted it has been slammed by over 50 locals for his moronic stance (yes, he was serious).
We’ve had darned few infections in our part of the State, and these yahoos want to go somewhere where it’s more prevalent and bring it back here? The guy got told in words of one syllable that no one has time for that crap.
This should be interesting … will the entire cast of the various local productions of the farcical “Liberate America” street demonstration shows suddenly pivot just like Trump?
Will they all squeeze into tutus & tap-dance along with Trump doing the “Oh No… not so fast back-track & goose step dance routine”
…nice fierce fake civil disobedience movement - now let’s see how well it follows Trump’s flippity-flopping moves.
To bad for Kemp. He won’t be able to un-kiss Trumps ass. He was live on an Atlanta news station yesterday crowing about Trimps and Pence’s leadership. Har Har Har
tRump is using this to present himself as concerned about people’s well-being. He’ll return to his ‘liberation’ points soon, but now his campaign has the ‘I’m protecting lives’ quote.
Throwing a repub gov under the bus for doing what tRump wants—that’s the cost of doing business
I’m beginning to think they believe the higher the number, the better they’re doing.
Seriously. I think they’re might be that stupid.
I have a friend on SM who lives outside of Atlanta. She posted yesterday, begging the governor to reverse the decision - she’s a smart cookie and she wasn’t standing for it. I’m sure she’s not alone in this.
