Trump Blames Dems For Reversal On Doral, Conveniently Omits GOP Rebuke

President Trump conveniently is fuming at Democrats and the media over his reversal on hosting the G-7 summit next year at his Doral resort.

What would one expect from a person who has never, repeat never, accepted personal responsibility for anything? Repeat, anything.

Well, of course he isn’t going to blame the GOP. He pulled out because he is losing them. Blaming them for cancelling this would only piss them off more.

This was kind of a weird thing, but a very telling perspective on Trump. He actually started floating this after the last G-7 conference and he announced this decision out of sheer greed. His greed is so overpowering, that he pushed forward despite warnings that it was going to alienate GOPers in Congress who he desperately needs right now. Didn’t matter. He wanted the cash grab.

Any analysis of this President’s behavior that is based on the assumption he is a rational, normal, and sane human being is bound to lead to nowhere.

He still thinks of himself as a ā€œhospitality providerā€ and a reality TV star. That says a great deal at this point. It’s always all about him and what he thinks will make him money.

He’s raised his adult children to be exactly the same. Despicable people.

Plus, you know that every G7 leader immediately let it be known behind the scenes that there was no way in hell they were going to spend their taxpayers’s money on a Trump property grift.

What? I could have sworn it was Hillary’s fault! Why else would she pop up now, but to release her evil plot which she has been planning since 1994?

Retreating is alien to Trump. So is admitting a mistake. I don’t actually look for him to reverse abandoning Doral for the G7, but a tweet announcing it was back on as the venue would not be surprising.

You know, I really wonder how much of this is driven by the fact that he is constantly in need of cash and no bank, even not DB really wants to get involved with him any more. Also: his Russian/Ukrainen/Saudi friends may be getting jittery because of the investigations going on.

I think his real estate Ponzi scheme is teetering and we’re going to see a meltdown of him AND his ā€œbusinessesā€. May his Evil Spawn be sucked down that black hole with him.

If only Dotard were honest he’d say ā€œGoddamn media, democrats and that stupid Constitution. I do what I want.ā€

He also neglected to mention the hostile, radical left Constitution and its partner, the fake emoluments clause.

Haha Dumpster Donnie’s down to 54.4/41.1% disapprove/approve on 538 and it’s been steadily ticking downward the past week. Americans are slowly realizing just how horrible a president and person he is, including a growing number of Repubs. He’ll break 40% in a week or so and keep sinking till he hits the mid-30’s. Taking a bit longer than I expected but it’s finally happening. Dems have to keep up the attack and keep digging up dirt until they have a solid enough legal AND political case for impeachment and force Repubs into a corner they can’t come out of unharmed.

It’s high time we impeach the constitution. Who forced it down our throats anyway? Shoot it! Lock it up!

Then he must be from LV-426, because he sure does it a lot.

Doral has been in trouble for awhile, even before he got elected. I suspect the main cash grab going on with this was to get a hold of the millions that would have to be spent to bring it up to the requisite security requirements…basically he was looking at refurbishing the place on the tax payer dime.

That being said, David Farenthold has done an outstanding job of ferreting out the overcharging Trump does at his resorts…Doral in particular…for government people staying there. The G-7? Prices were going to go off the hook.

You know, for being ā€œdo nothingā€, the Do Nothing Democrats sure do…do a lot of things to Trumpf.

He’s still controlling the message and making everyone but his own fine self to blame. This was a bad idea from the start. Anyone else proposing a similar thing would’ve been shut down before the sentence reached the period.

But everyone, EVERYONE, is afraid of this guy and for what? He’s going down.

ā€œIt shouldn’t have been done in the first place. And it’s a good move to get out of it and get that out of the papers and off the news,ā€ he said.

By repeatedly lying about it publicly, of course.
Christie still wants a job. I hear from many people that the COS job is opening up.

ā€œMulvaney reportedly told Trump that nearly everyone in attendance agreed he should pick a different spot.ā€

I can hear them now:

ā€œWell, I like puppies personally, but if the president has to keep strangling them to move the party agenda forward, well…I guess I can say…love the sinner, rebuke the mildy wrong action? Does that sound OK?ā€
ā€œPuppies have long been a scourge of the Republicans - people like looking at cute puppy posts more than screeds against Clinton - I’m glad the president is taking these steps.ā€
ā€œI’m all in favor of killing puppies, and there can be no better person to do it than our president, but the optics…What if he instituted a gay baby strangling plan?ā€

Oh, absolutely. More pressure has to be put on him about the optics of the stopovers at his resorts in Ireland and Scotland, even if we can’t find a way to stop the Bedmister and Merde-a-Fatso grifting.

He’s been shuffling money back and forth for years trying to cover cracks in the walls – it’s gotta be stopped. Make him give up a few of his damned resorts, make them file more bankruptcies.
