President Donald Trump told reporters on Sunday that 2020 Democratic rival Joe Biden came up during his controversial call in July with the president of Ukraine.
“And largely the fact that we don’t want our people like Vice President Biden and his son creating to the corruption already in the Ukraine,” he said.
Because I have enough sons and a son-in-law more than capable of creating to Ukrainian corruption, he went on to add. After all, they’re the real experts; masters of corruption, you might say.
Thus spaketh the man with the flying saucer on his head. So much of the proof of Trump’s collusion with foreign nations to interfere in our elections comes out of his own mouth that many are loathe to believe his words can possibly be self-incriminating. Going public with collusion seems to be good cover for Trump.
It’s a dangerous game that Trump is playing, lying about a conversation that another country undoubtedly has a transcript of. He needs a bigger thrill every day.
