There once was a hermit named Dave

I’m also fascinated to discover that prosecutors have a duty to remain neutral (para. 59) as to those who are suspected of committing crimes and those who aren’t.

I agree that it is news and should be reported. I think the TPM headline was great - Trump weaponizes his attacks… As opposed to CNN where it was Breaking News!!

Trump filing a lawsuit is hardly breaking news, although it is worth reporting. More like a day ending in -y.

This law firm was the legal team of record for this fiasco - yeah (see the name on the documents) … remember how that turned out …

In terms of making a lot of noise and being a ridiculous attention misdirecting circus, that chewed up time and distracted the public - it was mildly successful .

Int terms of accomplishing anything of legal significance - other than Trump losing - it was a total failure …

But remember for Trump it is all about distraction and wasting other people’s money & time.

IANAL so I’m curious how that works. Could you offer a brief explanation?

Frequent Trump bete noir Joy Behar is described as remarking on “reports that you are trying to depose Trump under oath next month, tell me that’s true.”

James, the lawsuit says, “put her personal disdain for Trump on full display by responding to Behar’s comment with laughter.”

Imagine a world in which justice officials were not allowed to prosecute any criminals toward which they’d showed disdain.

This is a guy who has a boy crush on Joe Arpaio, whose name we know entirely because he shows utter disdain for criminals.

This is also the Legal Team that put together the the documents and filing for this pointless attention seeking exercise … is this a serious law firm - you be the judge … many people might say that there is a lot of questionable “Legal Performance Art” being produced here

“Trump threatens to sue the Pulitzer Prize board if they don’t revoke their 2018 prize to the NYT and WaPo.”

sue the Pulitzer Prize board if they don’t revoke their 2018 prize to the NYT and WaPo.

Yeah … RIDICULOUS … SILLY … and may would say outright FRIVOLOUS
