Trump-Appointed Judge Demands Evidence Of Voting Fraud

I normally “like” your every post but this one is just too damned depressing to contemplate. No likes for you today.

Sorry. Never saw those movies. American media has a way of changing language. Mea culpa.

I can help with that: https://talkingpointsmemo.com/news/mccrae-dowless-indicted-by-grand-jury-absentee-ballot-scheme

Related to that, just last month McCrae Dowless’ employer, the congressional candidate who “won” with his help, wriggled off the hook: https://www.wwaytv3.com/2020/07/15/da-no-evidence-to-charge-mark-harris-in-bladen-election-fraud-investigation/

Objection, Your Honor! Counsel is assuming a fact not in evidence.

Someone in my readings last night posted a link to the federal law that makes it a felony offense to do anything that hinders the delivery of the US mail. It’s happening now and the dotards people are doing it right in the open so what is the recourse for this when DOJ is so corrupted as to go along with it? What can Pelosi do to reverse this assault on the USPS and our election system?

By the way, notice the clever use of one erroneous word here:

…undermining ballot security through unmonitored by-mail voting…

This, of course, is nonsense. You can’t just print up a bunch of ballots and mail them in, or stuff the box with them. These ballots are very monitored, perhaps with even more rigor than in-person voting enjoys.

In addition to @sandi’s observation that it’s still useful to have some in-person locations, you also need to build up infrastructure and personnel to process larger volumes of mail ballots. That includes the application process, distribution, signature/identification verification, tallying, and notifying voters whose ballots are rejected for procedural reasons. The states that have implemented universal or near-universal vote by mail have taken multiple electoral cycles to get there.

Sounds good . Can you explain Rule 11?

This suggestion was posted on the boards yesterday. Might be an additional avenue for you to complain, since you have evidence that your mail is being delayed. As I understand it, the goal is not to get your local postmaster in trouble, but to give them ammunition to push back against the new directives

What the WH will now claim is: “The Judge cannot see the evidence as it would compromise ongoing international espionage investigations, that we can’t tell the Judge about either. Take our word for it.”
