Trump And Don Jr. Hire ‘Big Lie’ Lawyer To Defend Them In Swalwell Suit | Talking Points Memo

Yeah, well, that DC-based PR firm is aiding and abetting a crime. And they are completely ok with it. Democratic or not, they are party to a criminal conspiracy to commit fraud. They should be indicted and prosecuted as well. These people watch too many spy movies.

It’s why very few people actually trust the fatcats in D.C. politics, or so many of the politicians.

When their team is fielded in the Skeevy Noisome Lawyers Baseball Games, they put him in deep deep left field.

That’s right field…in more ways than one.

One of my favorites.

And yet I know people who don’t find it funny or inspiring.

[Sigh.]

I knew someone was going to say that. I chose left field because fewer balls are hit that way and they put the weaker players there.

And won’t that be some fun to watch!

Oh I totally agree that stories focused on “trump said blah blah blah lies and braggadocio aren’t you mad now click on me” are completely useless.

But stories about bringing him and his crime organization to justice - that interests me.

Um. No.

From left to right, looking out from home plate, there is left field, center field, and right field. As Paul wrote in the song, “Little leagues never have lefties that pull // That’s why I’m here in right field just watching the dandelions grow.”

Most batters hit right-handed, and left field and left-center field are where a right-handed power hitter is going to hit the ball.

I played ball into high school. I played second base, mostly and occasionally first or left field. I was a right-handed hitter who had a lot of trouble hitting curve balls. (Like the Cuban guy in Major League: “Straight ball I hit it very much. Curve ball, bats are afraid.”) Which is why I ended up on the swim team in high school.

Seth’s “A Closer Look” and other monologues are LOL funny, smart, dense, and multilayered. A lot are available on YouTube within hours.

Yeah I can’t stay up late enough to watch on TV!
