I’m just waiting for the badly-composed fundraising letters to pop–because we know Ol’ Donnie ain’t gonna pony up the $200K his own self.

It will be interesting to see what he posts. Somehow I don’t think pre-trial bond order will stop him from shit-posting.

I could be wrong but he’s uglier and more repugnant in a sleep mode than he is awake.

"That includes a prohibition on intimidation any of his fellow co-defendants, of which there are 18, and any witnesses, victims, or “the community or to any property in the community.”

“Beyond that, there’s an even more Trump-oriented condition: The ban on threats includes social media posts and reposts.”

So how long does Trump last before he violates these conditions? Uh, wait for it . . .

Your Honor, my client made that social media post 24 hours before the agreement. There was some glitch that made it appear later than when he hit Enter.

OT. Nicole Wallace and David jolly just battered Asa Hutchison for his refusal to say whether he would vote for TFG if he is the Republican nominee. It was beautiful.

He’s locked into his own narcissistic, alternative reality. No way he respects these boundaries.

Question is what will the court do when he violates the terms of his bail?

(4) The Defendant shall perform no act to intimidate any person known to him or her to be a
codefendant or witness in this case or to otherwise obstruct the administration of justice.
Id. This shall include, but is not limited to, the following:

( c ) The Defendant shall make no direct or indirect threat of any nature against any
victim;

Presumably this includes prosecutors, judges, grand jurors and jurors in the definition of ‘victim’?

Beyond imagining that this has to be said to a former POTUS.

This is just Georgia using Trump to fund a small part of it’s court operations.

Well, what about us, the American People??? We have all been assaulted by his mere presence on this Earth!

I can think of two options:

  1. jail
  2. shock collar

Tangeranus violates those terms in about a hour. The question is what will the judge do about it? Bupkis, imho.

We shouldn’t comment on his physical appearance. It’s what’s on the inside that counts.

On the inside… even uglier :rofl::rofl:

Trump has a plan. He will scream and keep screaming. He will throw his poop at Mommy and Daddy.

It is his oldest and best plan. It has always always worked for him.

In his Magpies nest of a brain, where boundaries and guardrails
are personal challenges to his dominion, this is likely to be construed
as a personal provocation. .
“Rules and Laws are for Chumps!!! Here…hold my Diet Coke!”.
No Way he follows the conditions.
Contempt of Court coming soon.

This bond agreement will be as meaningful to Trump as all of his past contracts. That is, he’ll ignore it.

The important question is whether Fani Willis thinks she can bring up Trump for a comprehensive gag order?

Him being able to follow that bond agreement should prove interesting. The man is an idiot, you know he’s going to fuck it up.
