Originally published at: Trump Again Reiterates That When He Says ‘Enemy From Within’ He Means Specific People
I’ve written a few times in recent weeks about the pretzels into which Donald Trump’s Republican allies are twisting his words as they try to defend and explain away his sinister remarks about deploying the military domestically to go after his “enemy.” The rhetoric has been a throughline of Trump’s campaign, as he and alumni…
Hate to break it to you Jesse, but she married you for the money, she probably already had several affairs.
If Trump wins, there’s a very good chance he will have his DoJ arrest Democratic politicians and throw them in jail based on nothing. Schiff and Pelosi might go first, but they won’t be the last. If he loses, Republicans and MAGA supporters will continue to go after the same people, threatening or committing violent acts. We’re going to be stuck with them for a while unfortunately, the awfulness with be Trump’s legacy.
Every Accusation Is A Confession
Geez, who is doing the makeup for Yam-tits?
Uh, oh. TCF is failing in ABQ, NM today – He had to call a break in his rally, for medics to attend to a medical crisis. Here’s how he handled it – Let’s call for a dance party!
Trump continued: “How about we play a song? God bless America.
“Put it on and my people can move on.”
What a F’in doofus. Unfit for President, Unfit even for a hooman being…
RFK Jr was “scum” also once, but look what happened once Bobby took the knee
If Kamala Harris gets to be dictator for a day, which Trump is proposing that all presidents get to do on their first day of office, I hope she uses that power to make it unlawful to play that song, even to hum a few bars. Just saying, it would make the world a better place
Edit: Even if the edict expired at the end of the day, the world would be a better place.
Great clarification. Is it:
(a) [Trump] has made it clear repeatedly that he does, in fact, actually mean his political rivals: Democratic politicians. Specifically, Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff., or
(b) [Trump] reiterated that he’s talking about Rep. Adam Schiff [singular], or
(c) We get hit by the Adam Schiffs of the world [plural],”
I think we all need to keep a list of Republicans like Younkin who have refused to acknowledge what Trump has said he is going to do to his political enemies, not to sic the government on them but to go after them at the ballot box and make sure they are removed from public life.
If you are going to be a politician you first need a spine and an understanding that your duty is to America not your party or the oligarchs that own it.
I’ll say it plainly yet again…
I hate trump. As a man and whatever he thinks he is in politics.
It lost by wide margins in 2016 and 2020 in New Mexico: why campaign there?
Talks like a fascist.
Walks like a fascist.
Looks like a fascist.
Acts like a fascist.
Smells like a fascist.
Hires a lot of fascists.
Pretty sure that he’s a fascist.
Even JD Vance thought so, when he was thinking.
RFK Jr is a drug addict with serious mental decline from 18 years of hard-drug abuse.
We will be better off when he is off the public stage and in a nursing home, where he belongs.
To show “his Hispanics” how much he loves them. Whether they like it or not. Also, it should give these folks, whose families may have lived in New Mexico since the 1500s, a warm feeling as he deports them to parts unknown.
Belatedly came across Adam Gopnik’s October 21 New Yorker piece “As Bad As All That: Donald Trump and the Unmaking of America” The lede of one paragraph: “What any plausible explanation must confront is that Donald Trump is a distinctively vile human being and a spectacularly malignant political actor.” Should be his fucking epitaph.
Even JD Vance thought so, when he was thinking fluffing a different set of power brokers.
If that epitaph were to apply tomorrow it would be step one on a long road of recovery.
