That is adding in a few fake polls which bumped up the average today. The reality is that Trump picked up a point or two of “rally around the flag” while losing a few points due to his incompetent Covid-19 response killing people and the economy.
Expect the number to fall as the worthless polls wash out. It takes a while for the news to sink in with the 5-6% of the Country who does not have a fixed view of Trump, and the 5-6% of soft Trump supporters.
