Now that the State Dept. has been gutted, why not reconfigure it as another lovely weapon against freedom and Democracy? This takes more smarts than the average eighty-year-old dementia patient has. P-2025 is the guide. Implementing it seems to be the formula for success within the rotted-out departments.

Nothing like trying to undermine your ostensible allies with coordinated disinformation campaigns under the banner of free speech. Maybe the Russians could help; they have plenty of experience in this area.
