Well, I am pretty certain they analyzed all of the data to determine how they could cut this without touching too many MAGAts.
Although they may not have worried about it too much — look at how many farmers, steelworkers and others drank so much koolaid already that they still love Cheatolini even as they go bankrupt because of tariffs and other broken promises.
