I’m not so sanguine… even with the ACLU preemptive lawsuit, it’s likely that the Courts (particularly the Trumpists) will insist that there be “actual harm” before considering the case.
Evangelicals will not give up their ability to discriminate against LGBTQ people without a fight.

The Supreme Court perverted the clear language of the 1st Amendment with its absurd decision in Hobby Lobby that created the “sincerely held religious belief” charade. I don’t see how a law can override the Supreme Court’s interpretation of the Constitution.

Am sick and tired of religion being used as an excuse to discriminate. You have the freedom to practice your religion. Its up to you to protect your faith. If you can’t handle treating LGBT people with the same care and concern you have for your co-religionists, you should remove yourself from a job where you have to do so.
Same old shit we’ve been watching republicans do for the last 40 years. trying to take us back to where white men rule everything, blacks and women can’t vote, LGBT folks are back in the closest and the old white folks of both genders can pretend to be religious while doing everything their religions claim to abhor.
