Can you imagine spending your entire life in service to your country and then being yelled at by a fucking wrestling coach?

What is wrong with us?

It might help to have a searchable, copyable version of the complaint. (The original pdf was just a large image.) Here’s one I made with Adobe Acrobat and put into dropbox

Everyone always complains that Democrats bring knives to gun fights.

Lewandowski heading up the WH impeachment team would like be the WH sending a toilet plunger to an invasion of tanks.

They’ve just fully internalized the rules of The Party. They understand and accept that 2 + 2 = 5. They don’t accept that more people aren’t plugged into The Party apparatus than are plugged in.

Guys, it’s not funny anymore. Whoever swiped Gym Jordan’s jacket needs to give it back!

You’re leaving out the reality that the Republicans were already playing the victim card on Maguire’s behalf, and the victim card is one of their most successful ploys (see, also, Kavanaugh Hearings, Sept 2018). So…Democrats play heavies, they lose. Schiff played it exactly right, and all without acting like a Republican asshole.

Many of them were excellent. They got three points across that the public needs to know. a) Maguire went to the principal to discuss whether or not he needed to report the principal’s fondling of children in the bathrooms b) the relegation of material to “secret server” land is a cover up trick and c) Trump was asking Ukraine to “play ball.” Play ball play ball play ball.

All of this is stuff John Q. Public can understand. More than that we don’t need yet.

His answers are not important, we know he is a flunky, we know he has been instructed to stonewall every question. It’s the questions that are revealing and important because they are educating the American public about what has gone on behind the scenes in the WH. imo.

LOL!!! More “helpful advice” from the Land of the Trump KKKult Sycophants…because you know, the Dems “should learn from our mistakes…we want only the best for them…they should be very ery afraid of the world of hurt they are putting themselves in…”

Faux News has been doing this all week, BTW…throwing up headlines that say “experts say something something” and then quoting idiots like Brit Hume in the article like this one…or the article yesterday that was “experts” which were 3 of the WSJs editorial board HAHAHA

This is the most fun I’ve had in the cesspool all year LOL…I feel like the Monty Python “wafer thin” guy nearing explosion with schadenfreude…bring your Spongebob swimmies and come on in…the turds are fine…

ETA: the more I think about it and watch it, that “Faux Investigates” propagandamentary strikes me as having been put together in anticipation of rolling it out at this very moment. It’s hard to draw any other conclusion.

My empathy wanes somewhat when I consider that only one person filed a whistleblower complaint. Everyone else bitched about the mess and did their best to clean it up - but also perpetuated the cover up

If Gym wears a jacket we won’t see how physically fit he is from all those hours in the gym when he wasn’t watching child abuse going on.

I think there are two aspects of the so-called transcript that aren’t receiving enough attention. First is the word “though” – in “I would like you to do us a favor though” – the word “though” clearly ties Trump’s statement to the previous statement of Zelinsky regarding US military aid. Everyone is pointing out that Trump said this immediately after Zelinsky’s statement, but I think the word “though” shows this wasn’t just the start of a new thought by Trump but is clearly on the topic of military aid. This strengthens the argument that it was indeed a quid pro quo. Secondly, it’s clear that the whole point of the conversation for Trump is to pressure Zelinsky on the investigations. There is no other topic discussed. This isn’t a minor part of a longer conversation about other topics – it is the whole conversation. Otherwise they might have had a valid reason to put this into the special secure electronic storage. But because there are no sensitive other topics discussed, they are caught with their pants down.
