Of course, in liberal democracies such as the Nordic countries, conservatives and liberals alike back national healthcare, a functioning social safety net, affordable housing, working public heath and public transport, daycare, maternity and paternity leave etc. because it’s cheaper and better for everybody in the long run. It has nothing to do with the political spectrum. Similarly, saving the planet from a great extinction event is not a liberal thing. Such nonsense only makes sense in a media environment concerned with the Horse Race and selling soap or Car Shield or pillows.
I hope the Dotard continues to siphon donations away from the RNC and GOP candidates. I don’t care if he’s able to pay off every personal debt with PAC contributions supposedly intended for other purposes. Just continue to bleed the cult and make it harder for other Republicans to raise money.
