For those who’ve been to the top of the Washington Monument, you know what a wonderful view it is – the Reflecting Pool, the Lincoln Memorial, Memorial Bridge, and then the Custis-Lee Mansion at the top of the hill at Arlington Cemetery. And the sick fuck will RUIN that view with that stupid-ass “arch”.
