Are the conspiracy theories insane? Yes, of course, but it’s a diabolical tactic. The lies and conspiracy theories are a planned, concerted tsunami to exhaust the electorate into complacency. These people are EVIL!

Years ago I had a cartoon of Hitler at a Nuremberg rally and the podium had a smiley face instead of a Swastika. This has always been the fantasy that MAGA/GOP has sold, kinder gentler fascism. I think many people never really thought about the Niemoller poem meaning. Fascism and the tool of demonizing your opponents may start with demonizing language of a despised group, but it cannot end there.

I think that’s what many people who are saying “I didn’t vote for this” mean. They voted for oppression and brutalization of group they didn’t like, but they were unconcerned by all of the ethnic purity language in the pot. The problem with fascism is that the gray area is really tiny, once you’ve started eliminating the despised group you have to move on to keep the true believers satisfied.

And while I’m mostly watching what others find in the Epstein files second hand, I keep thinking, are you fucking HIGH? Everything I’m
seeing is precisely what we expected.

Including references to admiration of Clinton’s todger?

I applaud your stepping back. A number of us have been working at that. Gaining perspective has its own emotional rewards.

I visited Auschwitz and Dachau in 1968. With the way things are progressing those memories flood back daily.

I think that part of it is the sheer number of videos from several different vantage points that explicitly contradict DHS’s narrative.

I don’t want to even imagine what would have happened if there were no videos. I don’t want to imagine what happens in DHS detention centers where there are no videos.

So much for “winding down” the tactics. Basically a green light now for warrantless arrests. Free gifted link:

ICE Expands Power of Agents to Arrest People Without Warrants

An internal memo changed the standard from whether people are unlikely to show up for hearings to whether they could leave the scene.

Many voted for the abstract, not the realization and many voted for the abstract looking forward to the realization.

The answer is not a head scratcher really…

The answer is in your question. (Bolded for emphasis)

Even Renee Good only punctured so much because she could be “othered”

Already 3 unexplained explosions in Iran. Two in Tehran. Covert ops or antigovernment groups?
