Stephen Colbert interviewed Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack last night, and discussed the nutritional value of school lunches, subsidizing corn and the food pyramid. But it wasn’t all serious. Before he left, Vilsack gave Colbert a 25-pound block of organic Wisconsin cheddar in the shape of Colbert’s head.
