Three top contenders for the No. 2 spot on the Republican ticket will appear with Mitt Romney on his bus tour over the next five days, reports the Hill’s Cristian Heinze. Sen. Rob Portman of Ohio, Rep. Paul Ryan from Wisconsin and Sen. Kelly Ayotte of New Hampshire — all surrogates who have previously appeared with Romney and all from swing states on Romney’s tour route, will join him again.
