Defendant hasn’t been served with a lawsuit that was filed in 2019? WTF?

… Donald Trump Jr. had endorsed We Build the Wall, calling it “private enterprise at its finest.”

He continued “It has lying, corruption, hucksterism, bilking the credulous public (which to be honest is merely fulfilling a proper natural order by separating those fools from their money), stiffing the government, ignoring the law, and leaving others to clean up our shoddy work.”

Hi! To find out what I can do, say @discobot display help.

Yikes! Who would have ever thought that proximity to Bannon & Trump would turn a guy into a violent, rightwing, scammer, conman, and grifter deserving of a long jail sentence? I’m shocked! shocked!

He’ll meet some nice Mexicans and sexy-bears in jail no doubt. Perhaps an angry lepidopterist, too.

Apparently it was more “like attracts like” since Kolfage had been bullying/scamming before Trump even ran for President.
Also isn’t it interesting that Kolgage thinks corruption only happens within government, or to government, but not citizen to citizen?

“How is there corruption?” Kolfage said. “It’s privatized. It’s not federal money.”

Kolfage apparently has had some intellectual challenges to meet—and he’s failed every time.

An argument could be made about helping mean-spirited, bigoted, stupid people part with their money should not be a crime.

Kolfage and his ilk pretend it’s not corrupt if they get away with it, or as TFG jr said it’s "it’s private enterprise at its finest.”

I agree. All aspects of this story make me laugh. Idiot coattail-riding grifter goes to prison, thousands of people lose their hard-earned money because they gave in to their hatred and fear. Money that could have been given to GQP candidates instead lines the pockets of the aforementioned grifter and from there, via lawsuits, supports a butterfly sanctuary. It’s a truly beautiful story.

Fraud is their business model. They have been getting away with it for so long they don’t recognize what they are doing is wrong or illegal.

Kolfage get’s to learn the hard way that you don’t want to be the last one to hold the bag when the con finally going south.

“The Wall” was never about securing the border but rather always about corruption, how much money Trump and his cronies could steal be it from the Government in their billion of dollars slush fund demanded as part of a budget to keep the Government open or duping their own deplorable supporters by exploiting their racism.

That is anyone who knew anything knows that aside from being impossible to build, it would provide little security and at best be a monument to racism and that Trump’s real goal was to us it as a tool to be like his idol and bestee, Vladimir Putin, by stealing and hiding billions of dollars in foreign banks.

I need for ProPublica to dig deep here and find out whether Kolfage paid for his wife’s breast augmentation with money he grifted from We Build the Wall. “Cosmetic surgery” was in the initial indictment, if memory serves correctly!

Well, In spite of my schadenfreude at the gullible “patriot bigots” getting thoroughly scammed once again by one of their own, this criminal needs to be in jail with the rest of the MAGAmorons.

A really fine representative of the Air Force, is he not? I am inclined to think there needs to be a real moron-cleaning-out in the Air Force. They seem to be overrun with ethically challenged, evangelical, much too white male creeps.
