In a way, the events of the last 24 hours might help. This atrocity has gained America’s attention the way that many of the GOP’s other assaults on our Democracy have not.
To paraphrase from the movie “Tora, Tora, Tora”:
They may have awoken a sleeping giant and filled him with a terrible resolve.
International leadership has been laughing up their sleeve at the Don’s actions and intransigence…criminality coming home to roost for so many people in so many ways…

I’m listening to Mitch as Congress resumes its job…He actually sounds rather shaken…calling it an insurrection. All-the-M-F-ers have aided & abetted this mob of thugs…Now have the nerve to sound contrite. I’m waiting so see if any of the SOB’s decided to contest Arizona…again.
Then-again- their Peeps outside have already spoken- and no one will be arrested and no Tanks rolling down the street like lil Ferguson, MO.
