But by all means, let the collaborationist press continue to run stories about how Me, Too went too far and feminism is ruining the workplace.

Isn’t Ingrassia the guy whose nomination was withdrawn because he was a Nazi sympathizer? Only the worst people….P.S. He got another job in the government.

“Tate, who was born in the U.S. but spent much of his childhood in Britain before moving as an adult to Romania, complained that his rights were violated, calling himself ‘one of the most innocent people on the planet.’

“And he said law enforcement officials wouldn’t find anything on his devices: ‘You think I sleep with a phone full of evidence? You think I don’t wipe my phone every night? You think I’m dumb? Come get me.’”

So, let me see if I have this straight. Tate is one of the most innocent people on the planet because he successfully wipes evidence of his crimes from his phone every night? That doesn’t make you innocent - you still committed the crimes. It just possibly makes it more difficult to prosecute, which is not the same as innocence.

No one should be surprised with the intervention.

After all, birds of a feather and all that…

This is exactly how you would expect a convicted felon to behave.

Rapist Trump helping other rapists.

It’s also very telling that no one in the press corp took up for the female reporter. They all just acted like it was normal. If that were to happen in any line of work, people would have stood up for a fellow employee. Not our media darlings.

You misspelled “corpse”.

Whenever any existential threat to Democracy and the Rule of Law occurs – at least under Marmalade Mugabe – they all quickly avert their eyes, and pretend not to notice, as if somebody in the Briefing Room had just farted.

True

It is pretty easy at this point to wonder if there ARE any men around who have some damn Balls!
So far it is the WOMEN reporters, WOMEN judges who are standing up to this coup on democracy. Where are the MEN??

One wonders who was the “client” in this setup.

The Trump Admin has a pattern of doing a solid for some of the worst people.

Someone who’s not afflicted with centrist pundit brain or joined an “elite” news organization and had their brain lobotimized ala “Severance” might conclude they do this because they’re helping out their fellow travelers.

But at least he’s never worn a tan suit so it’s all good I guess.:fu:

Megan Kelly is a member of the press corps who recently came to Epstein’s defense, saying his victims were 14 and 15 year old girls and as a result were barely legal. Apparently to her (the mother of a 14 year old girl herself) has concluded Epstein wasn’t a pedophile.. I wonder how many in the press corps believe that young women, men like Tate traffic aren’t victims of any sort of crime. Once they reach 18 they are fair game to be used by men as long as men like Tate are paid.

Reading this story the phrase “only the best people” keeps dancing through my head. .

When questioned about whether Ingrassia had asked authorities to return the devices, even if he did not order them to, Paltzik declined to comment, explaining that “the word ‘ask’ is inappropriate because it is meaningless in this context. He either ordered something or he didn’t. And as I said, he did NOT order anything.”

Lawyerly Bullshit. The word “ask” IS appropriate in this context and the attempt to dodge the question is worth noting, if not investigating. Thanks for the clue, Counselor.
