A DC lawyer emailed me shortly after the 11th Circuit panel handed down its decision in the Mar-a-Lago case: “Wow. Complete and total rejection of everything the district court did.”
IANAL, but I do not see the MAL ruling as any kind of game changer. Most of Mr. Trump’s crimes were committed in plain sight: almost as though he literally did shoot someone on 5th Ave. The question has never been proving them, but instead rather there was the political will to act upon them. I get the impression that AG Garland is finally inching toward that conclusion.
So Donnie’s having a bad day/week?

Looks like Donnie forgot to stay in his lane. Or, to use a perhaps more apropos metaphor, looks like he forgot to stay in his sandbox and stick to playing with Gary Busey, Kanye and his grandkids.

Overall I agree, but, to borrow Bruce Willis’ words from Die Hard, ‘The Chinese Communist Party are big bad perpetrators and they are here to stay!’.
Die Hard is the best. So glad Christmas is coming so I can settle in and watch this holiday classic again.
