In short, xAI is releasing a staggering amount of pollutants into the environment, precisely where it can do the most harm.

Instead of spending however many millions “repairing” the White House lawn, put one of generators there, with the exhaust pointing at the White House, collect some rent from Musk for using the property, and call it a day.

My nickname for Chief Justice John Roberts is Johnny the Robber Baron. In his years on the bench Roberts has sided with “Big Bidness” over 60% of the time.
Assuming the lower Courts rule against the Ketamine Kid and the Environmental Pollution Protection Agency (because what the Tr*mp EPA is doing is illegal), I Imagine the Calvinball 6™ will find a way to ignore the clearly written text of the law.
