I’ve grown accustomed to the rich and powerful never being successfully prosecuted or facing consequences in America, but I sincerely hope that the cravenness and relentlessness of this administration’s greed, opportunism, and disloyalty to what it means to be as an American can serve as an object lesson to the apathetic. Horrible things like fascism and institutionalized racism can and hve happened here, laws need to be adhered to, and punishment will follow, no matter who you think you are. And that maybe, just maybe, the aspirationally rich will see the oligarchs for who they are - disloyal, transnational, sociopaths who have no one’s interests in mind, but themselves. They do not need incentives, they do not need tax breaks, they do not create that many jobs, and some of them most certainly belong in jail.

Interesting, The Gambia is famously corrupt. I wish the British would step in and interfere with this. But they won’t. I will be in The Gambia for the season, October through March.

Why was NASA and our rocket tech handed over to a South African? Why is our entire reliance on Satellite tech being handed to a Russian asset? This will come back to bite America in the ass just like allowing Trump to steal another election.

Republican lower middles are perfectly fine with all the corruption because they are so far from power they don’t think that bribery will hurt them.
