Who ever thought “bigly” would rapidly evolve into “BigLie”?

The RNC is pro crime.

Defund the the IRS? Check.
Defund the ATF? Check
Support the invasion of the Capitol of the United States of America? Check
Support the Big Lie? Check

Pro Crime.

Is there even a mechanism for prosecuting a political party that engages in criminal activity? RICO? Moreover, such a prosecution would rightly be “partisan” and therefore EVIL in the eyes of the media, who got much nicer lunches and dinners at the hands of said criminal party.

It was always an Inside Job with the Right. They did not have the capability to “invade”.

Instead they destroyed mores and then moved on to other normative supports of our Democracy.

The GOP is “across the aisle” in the sense that Eisenhower and Rommel were “across the aisle”.

Anything other than that is malpractice.

I am no Steve Schmidt fan at all. But he is a better describer of reality than Chuck Todd.

what is the liability of the R.N.C., if these allegations are made and unfounded?

It’s your party. Cry if you want to.

That’s what the alt-right does best.

Isn’t the RNC funding the defense of Trump and his minions in several of their litigations including in New York and Georgia? One has to ask why would a national party underwrite the defense of private citzens from charges of fraudlent behavior and election rigging. .

Here is another reason to work for the demise of theRepublican Party:

The Party and its leadership could have done what is right and pushed back against Trump, but they all voted in support of or blocked votes on these issues at the local, municipal, state and federal levels. Silence is complicity, and they own so many of these excess deaths. I will never forget their actions.

The RNC has been complicit in the trump grift since the beginning. They saw how he raised money and tagged on. They got their tax cuts and judges, abortion was a side issue for the chumps, the real reason for the judicial appointees - aka Federalist Society reason - is the destruction of the regulatory apparatus of government.

The question is whether the party will face any true accountability for its actions.

Peter Coyote’s voice: “There was no accountability.”

We have to appear as wimps, because the Rule of Law requires deliberation as opposed to Brute Force.

We will be better off in the long run, but the GOP knows that this process is enervating. Indeed, a good part of their game plan relies on it.

Watch the bluster and the performance artists. They are part of their arsenal as well.

The Capitol Police officers injured or the families of those killed should sue the RNC for every penny they fundraised off of the Big Lie.

It’s their party and they’ll lie if they want to, lie if they want to…

Should Ronna Romney McDaniel change her name to Axis Sally?

Or is she more of the Tokyo Rose kind of girl?

RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel eventually expressed regret about the press conference, suggesting that she knew better.

“When I saw some of the things Sidney was saying, without proof, I certainly was concerned it was happening in my building,” she said, according to The New York Times. “There are a whole host of issues we had to deal with — what is the liability of the R.N.C., if these allegations are made and unfounded?”

She’s highly motivated to normalize that event by going along with the Big Lie.

She is Evil. I saw that the first time I laid eyes on her. She would do what she does for nothing.

Also, defund and disfunction “Gov’m’t Schools” at the state and national levels to keep minorities down and to suppress erosion of Right-Wing religious indoctrination.
