Let’s say you clerk for or are support staff for Justice Brown Jackson and she tells you that you don’t have to sign any NDA. What’s Roberts gonna do?

The idea that it maybe shouldn’t exist in the one instance, as opposed to providing justification for every other instance, is just something that im sure never crossed any of these corrupt minds.

Since we as tax payers pay all government workers their salaries shouldn’t our Representatives decide something like this (you know vacating the First Amendment)?
