Oath Keepers founder and seditious conspirator Stewart Rhodes left prison this week beaming — President Donald Trump had commuted his sentence, nullifying Rhodes’ 18-year term behind bars. “It’s a good day for America!” Rhodes exclaimed. But soon, Rhodes began to complain. “I’ve been told I have to report to probation,” he later told reporters while on…
This convicted felon, along with the rest of them, should eat shit and die.
Rhodes is proof positive that a coup has already happened.
Those who follow Trump are above the law.
Rhodes, during his Capitol visit, called his need to continue reporting to probation “absurd,” and said that he would apply for a pardon.
What form that request will take remains unclear.
Used tool wants to know why his former master doesnt want to play with him anymore.
He doesnt need you anymore and you’re too poor, idiot.
So what happens if he violates the terms of his release? Can he be remanded?
The orders are confusing probably because AI wrote them after it wrote all the Executive Orders.
It woulda been worse if T-Poops had written them. He can barely write his own name. Have you seen his “signature”?
Does Trump even know who Rhodes is? He was unaware that he gave a pardon to the insurrectionists that nearly killed Michael Fanone.
MAGA doesn’t have a monopoly on brains, obviously, but boy howdy they can whine with the best of them.
I feel confident in my belief that team trump was just too stupid to think to commute the supervised release.
Gotch-eyed bastard is going to be back in jail within 18 months. And Donald has got no recourse, because many more of these will come back at him.
Perhaps Trump’s law-team-minders decided that these particular people were those most likely to reoffend and embarrass the ochre Shithippo so commutation was cut off at release from prison period with continued supervision and constraints on activity. S’all I got.
18 USC 2384: Seditious conspiracy - United States Code
… … … …
One can think of seditious conspiracy as the peace time equivalent of treason. Stewart Rhodes was convicted of breaking this law by a jury. Hence he should be thought of as a traitor
Trump commuted his sentence.
Rhodes should be shunned and never treated as a “pop star”.
Whiny-ass piss babies. There are wrongfully convicted inmates on death row for decades, teenagers in pre-trial confinement for months or years, and non-violent criminals alternated between 6/7-to-a-cell cram sessions and extended solitary confinement for 23 hours a day. Meanwhile, “I have to report to a probation officer!!!”
DonOLD only knows how to write his name. He doesn’t write anything, relies on others to take care of the details, and I sometimes doubt that he actually reads everything they place in front of him.
Does DonOLD even know who Michael Fanone is? Or what happened to him on Trump’s Big Day of Love?
Should one serve crackers or hard tack with MAGA whine?
They were led to believe that under white supremacy they, as the lowest white men, would still be able to look down on women, Jews, racial and ethnic minorities, LGBT+, etc. Turns out it still sucks to be neck-deep in the flood water holding up a billionaire’s sedan chair.
“Why did even the nonviolent Oath Keepers not get a pardon?” he asked
A non-violent Oath Keeper? An Oath Keeper identifying as law-abiding? Trans Oath Keepers?
What has the world become!
Too many criminals to reward, it was complicated, and Trump demanded it get done on “day one.” So, too little time to decide who should stay in jail, or to figure out the details. Just let 'em all go, dammit! MAGA!
